SHIPPING

Once you place your order, we will contact you to schedule a shipping date. We ship out Tuesdays and Wednesdays overnight delivery weather permitting. The fish are double bagged with pure oxygen and shipped in an insulated box with heat packs if needed. If ordering multiple fish, we will combine as many fish in one box and issue a refund of duplicate shipping charges.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

We guarantee a live delivery of our fish. In the unfortunate occasion that a fish is dead on arrival (DOA) we will either replace the fish, provide store credit, or provide a refund for the DOA fish. We do not refund shipping costs.  Send a clear picture and/or video of the DOA fish in the original bag through eBay messenger within 3 hours of delivery. Failure to follow these steps voids the live arrival guarantee policy.
