Pre-owned. Looks like it has never been worn, just displayed. Exact year unknown. Hook and Loop Tape Closure.

Good vintage condition. Does have some discoloration spots on the outside fabric panels and bill, and a few spots on the underside of bill. Please see pictures for more details.
