Vintage 1950s Peacock Peterson's Jon-E Pocket Hand Warmer with Velvet Bag - 3.75" x 2.5".

Cigarette lighter fuel hand-warmers use lighter fluid in a catalyst combustion unit that runs at a lower temperature than an open flame with a greatly reduced fire risk. After lighting, they operate inside a fabric bag typically with a drawstring. This controls the oxygen supply to the catalyst and protects against skin burns. Re-use is simply done by refueling. 

This particular unit is in great, used condition. The area where you light looks to have new material and there is very minimal discoloration due to the heat/lighting. There are some minor scuffs and scratches throughout. The velvet bag is in excellent condition.
