Vintage Valances with a Cabbage Rose and Ribbon Design, bordered with scalloped edge lace.

When the valances are on a curtain rod,  they are a blouson semi-circle shape.  They have rod pockets.

Made in the USA,  they are a cotton/poly blend and are machine washable.
