We offer 365 days refund warranty. All returns must be directed through Customer Service.

 
We will refund only to quality issues, we do not refund to "change of mind" or "wrong address provided", simply because of the freight cost for shipping the item out and/or shipping the item back to our warehouse.
 
When there is a problem with the quality of the item received, please contact us immediately in writing, provide us your eBay ID and item Number, specify if it is an ''exchange request'' or ''refund request", we will in return either provide you with a "return sticker" or ''refund ID'', for you to put on the freight label, we will ship out the new item or issue the refund as soon as the returned item is received in our warehouse.
 
We need the "return sticker" or ''refund ID'' to identify the customer and the transaction.
 
Buyers pay for return shipping charges if it is not related to quality issue. And 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
