Rare, charming coffee mug in the Loyly pattern designed by Gunvor Olin-Gronqvist for Arabia, Finland, circa 1960s.
White ceramic mug decorated in black and green with a whimsical traditional sauna scene featuring a nude family seated on a wooden bench in a sauna with a cat. 3-1/2" tall by 3-5/8" in diameter, holds approximately 12 oz.
The underside marked "Arabia, Finland GOG/RS".
Very nice condition: no chips, cracks or staining.
Pin dot mark on handle, part of the manufacturing process. (see photo #4)
