Dispatch Time: We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours and always ship within two working days of cleared payment. You can see if your order has shipped by going to your My eBay page and checking the status of your order in your Purchase History.

Shipping Services and Tracking: Sorry, not all shipping services are available to all regions. Please note that Royal Mail "2nd Class", "1st Class" and "International Standard" are not tracked services and so we cannot provide a tracking number. Royal Mail "Signed For", "Tracked" and "International Tracked" do provide a tracking number. The tracking information available will depend on the postal service in the destination country.

Customs: For countries outside of the United Kingdom we will complete a CN22 Customs Declaration or equivalent. Buyers are responsible for all customs charges in the destination country.
