This is the Star Wars Rancor 12" Poseable Action Figure, part of the Power of the Force series. The tail is marked Kenner 1998.

Rancor is poseable and measures approximately 12 inches tall.

This toy has been used and there are some signs of wear. Still looks great! Please see photos for details.
