I have up for auction a pre-owned Artemis Design Co. Weekender Tote Bag. This is a beautiful handmade travel bag, made from a wool kilim with leather straps and a detachable nylon cross body strap. It retails for $598. Measurements given below. It is in excellent pre-owned condition, with some wear to metal hardware finish and minor scuffs. Please see photos for all condition issues.

lined in cotton canvas. Includes a detachable, adjustable shoulder

- Handmade in Turkey in a small, family-owned workshop.
- Kilims are a style of
textile traditionally crafted on Turkey's Anatolian peninsula, primarily
woven from wool on a cotton ground. Kilims are flat-woven, featuring a
thin, tight weave that make them a perfect textile for crafting shoes
and accessories. Every symbol, color, and pattern woven into the Kilim
has meaning and represents a hope, a dream, or a story from the life of
the weaver.
Each of our Kilim pieces is handmade from vintage, one-of-a-kind Turkish
carpets, which means that no two will ever be alike.
Please bear in mind that I describe the condition of each item as accurately as possible. However, vintage/pre-owned items have a history, and may have small flaws or signs of age that I have missed. If you want something perfectly pristine, or untouched, vintage/pre-owned items may not be for you. All items are sold in as found condition.
