Pass and Seymour S5-SC round clear electrical outlet cover caps. Protect your receptacles from getting foreign objects inserted in and causing a shock hazard. These caps say "Cooper" on them from Cooper Wiring. I believe that for a while Pass & Seymour must have agreed to sell the Cooper Wiring plug inserts in their packaging. All seals are unused and will cover contact openings. Helps prevent accidental insertion of objects into slots.
