This beautiful 2nd Annual Christmas, Limited Edition Noel Doll is number 307 out of 500. 

Her dress is a lovely deep wine velveteen and her muff is made of fake fur. The outfit is not a coat but a dress with a slip sewn in it. Noel's warm hat is also velveteen and fake fur.  Her original price tag of $325 is a sticker on her hang tag.  I regret to inform you that I haven't been able to locate her COA. Noel has been displayed with her plastic bag over her, in a curio cabinet.  The home is also smoke free. Also, please note that the small Christmas tree in the picture is not included.
