All of our camping and outdoor products are customer or manufacturer returned items.
They are returned because they have some sort of fault (unless stated).
Generally these items are in good working order and usually have very minor damage, if any.
Most of our items will have a red cross on the packaging or on one of the internal labels. This is to prevent the item being returned to a highstreet store.
Delivery, Postage & Packaging
Items are normally posted out within 1 working day and will arrive up to 48 hours later via Royal Mail
We do not post outside of the BRITISH ISLES
