Sadvit Sea Buckthorn Juice 100% is NFC juice (not from concentrate) cold-pressed, containing only sea buckthorn fruit. Pasteurised, with no added sugar or flavour enhancers. Sea Buckthorn has a slightly acidic taste, but is ideal as an addition to tea, juices, cocktails or wines.

Sea buckthorn is a strongly branching shrub native to the hinterland of Russia, now also found in Poland. Due to its yellow-orange fruit, it is referred to as the "gold of Siberia". The sea buckthorn supports the treatment of inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract and contains quite a lot of vitamin C and flavonoids . As a result, it exhibits antioxidant effects, i.e. delaying the onset of ageing processes.
Sea buckthorn juice has a slightly sour taste , but is great as a addition to tea, cocktails, syrups, tinctures and even wines.
Approximately 1.7 kg of fruit/vegetables are used to produce 1l of juice. This means that there are more than 400 g of fruit in a 250 ml bottle!
The juice contains only natural sugars found in the fruit, but has a low glycaemic index, so that sugar is absorbed in smaller quantities than, for example, from artificial fizzy drinks.
