Top (lid) of laptop has some light scratches. Fan might sound a bit noisier at start up which is subsides very shortly and the sound still might be heard which some will say it is normal. NO CD/DVD Drive. Battery showed 5Hours 6Minutes on 99% charge and other time when it was tested it showed 2Hours 48Minutes on 100% charge.
