They are medium brown leather with suede accents.
The toes are rounded and there is detail stitching around the fronts.
The back of the heels are brown suede with beige detail stitching.
There is a brown suede curved inset on the outer side of each sneaker. This suede piece is accented with beige detail stitching.
The tongue is beige and has "NORTH STAR CANADA" stamped onto it in black lettering.
There are 8 brown metal grommets that house the laces.
The laces are beige nylon and are original to these sneakers.
The platform is a heavy rubber that is fairly smooth except for some notched and textured areas.
On the outer side of the platform, "NORTH STAR" and the outline of a star are embossed into the rubber. These images are also embossed into the outer sole.
The brand name is North Star.
They were made in Canada.
They are VINTAGE Size 7. Their OUTSIDE measurements are:
- Toe to Heel: 9 1/2"
- Width at the Ball of the Foot: 3 1/4"
- Platform Height: 1 5/8"
