*10 Inch: Use for Band Saw Wheel diameter 250 mm, advice band saw blade length is 1826 mm.

*In order to ensure that the anti-skid rubber ring can be tightly combined with the outer edge of the wheel, and avoid slippage and insufficient cutting force due to loose rubber ring, the circumference of all anti-skid rubber rings must be smaller than the circumference of the band saw wheel.

*The rubber ring has good wear resistance and toughness, ensuring that it is not easy to break and loosen after installation.


Installation method:


1. Remove the original damaged rubber ring. If there is rubber ring residue on the outer edge of the wheel, please clean up the residue before that.

2. Soak the new anti-skid rubber ring in warm water for 3-5 minutes, and install it after the rubber ring is softened.

3. When installing, start from   side of the wheel, press   end of the rubber ring firmly into the groove on the outer edge of the wheel, and then use a flat-blade screwdriver to slowly pry the rubber ring into the groove on the outer edge of the wheel. Do not use too much force. It is so violent that the rubber ring is damaged.

4. If necessary, you can place a few drops of glue along the grooves on the edge of the wheel to ensure a more secure installation.
