About the Artist:

Mikol Merlin is a self-taught American artist whom has lived in many locations throughout the United States, including Anchorage-Alaska, Grand Rapids-Michigan, and currently resides in Daytona Beach, Florida. His preferred medium is acrylic, however he is also very skilled in several other mediums including watercolor, pencil, ink, and mixed media. He paints in a wide range of styles including impressionism, modern, contemporary, pop-art, and abstract. His work is inspired by many great artists, including Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, Wassily Kandinsky, Jackson Pollock, Georgia O'Keeffe, Willem de Kooning, Claude Monet, Thomas Kinkade, Vincent van Gogh, Harold Newton, Sam Newton, and many many others.
