Write-protect function 1: When write-protect is on, no file can be put into the hard disc, preventing the hard disc from being invaded by Trojan horse.
Write-protect function 2: When write-protect is on, the files and data in the disc cannot be modified, and cannot be saved after modification, so as to avoid the data being modified by mistake.
Write-protect function 3: when write-protect is on, any file in the disc cannot be deleted, and no delete option will appear, so it prevents the files in the hard disc from being deleted by mistake or maliciously deleted.
Function operation instructions:
Flashing seven-colour light: indicates that the hard disk enclosure is not switched on, long press the "touch key" for 5 seconds to light up the green light, indicating that it is switched on.
Green light: it means the hard disc case is working normally, green light flashes: it means it is reading or writing data.
Enable write-protect function: Press the "Touch Key" 5 times continuously in standby mode and the blue light will be on, then unplug the data cable to enable write-protect function.
Release the write-protection function: Press the "touch key" 5 times continuously in the standby state and the "green light" will be lit, then unplug the data cable to release the write-protection function.
