1. all wood with metal trim and brass tacks
2. very sturdy
3. good condition but not perfect
4. leather hand missing on one end
5. may have had a tape lid holder, attached to top and inside bottom to keep top from falling back
6. wonderful original paper inside
7. original tray with original paper inside
8. lock seems to be complete but no key
9. I think wood is pine
10. late 1800s
