Genuine Apple SuperDrive UJ-835-C DVD/CD Drive, SUPER 835CA

This drive came with some of the Aluminum Powerbook G4 series, apparently mostly with some of the 17" models.

Tested to work well and play a movie DVD in a Powerbook Aluminum G4.

Note that it was the double density UJ-845 or UJ-846 Superdrives that came with the very last, 1.67GHz models A1138(15") and A1139(17").

While this may work in many other Macintosh computers (including desktops) If you are not buying this for a Powerbook, I can't be sure it will work and there is no returns.

Pictures are of an example of item for sale, at times I leave the Powerbook mounting brackets, and others I remove them. they are only held in place by a few small screws.

If you need the connector ribbon, email me and I can supply them for $5 more.
