This was in a pile of girls' dress up clothing.   I cannot guarantee any Authenticity as to the origin.

Top has open back with two tie back tassels.

The skirt has a tie to use at the waist area.  

The top has a "28" for sizing which appears to be equivalent to a US Size 6.  I think this would fit a small teenager.
