Here we have a beautiful French bebe by Pintel & Godchaux ( 1887-1899), with lovely large eyes,  in a desirable small  size, only 35 cm, marked C P7G.
Pressed bisque  socket head, blue glass inset eyes, delicately painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth with a row of tiny porcelain teeth, dimpled chin. The doll has a golden-coloured mohair wig on a cork pate and a French composition and wooden fully articulated body.
The doll wears a  lovely dark blue velvet and silk dress and a velvet beret decorated with a white feather, blue  leather shoes and white socks.  Her underwer is richly decorated with lace and embroidery  and she wears a beautiful  tiny silk corset.
The doll will arrive with her own toys: an all bisque mignonette in a vintage doll carriage.

Condition: Excellent quality pale bisque, no cracks,  hairlines  or repairs on the bisque head. Near the letter "C" marked on the back side of the head there is a 4-5 mm, barely visible superficial line, which can be a superficial scratch. It is not a crack or hearline and it is not dangerous for  the bisque head. ( Please, look on the pictures).
The body is in excellent condition. On the left hand half  a finger is missing ( Please, look on the pictures). Otherwise, the body is well preserved and generally the doll is in a very good condition, considering that she is about  125 -130 years old.
