Leviton C2426-I ivory phone line surge protector. Plugs into a standard grounded 3-prong 15-amp outlet to provide surge protection for your phone line. The unit does not use power from the outlet, it just uses the grounding pin (so be sure that you have a working ground on your outlets before you use this). For use with standard 4-wire residential phones (RJ11 and RJ14 plugs). Includes 6-foot length of phone cord. Instructions read:

  • Plug one end of enclosed line cord into phone wall jack
  • Plug other end of line cord into jack labeled IN on the surge protector
  • Plug line cord from phone into jack labeled OUT on surge
  • Plug surge protector into 15A grounding wall outlet
