All pieces come beautifully boxed in suede pouches you can always use (which really comes in handy when traveling!)

RETURN POLICY:

We gladly accept refunds on undamaged and unworn goods up to 30 days after delivery in the original packaging (Lustrous Jewels box and/or pouch), **EXCEPT** on personalized items, custom orders, and eternity bands. All bracelets and necklaces can be ordered with extensions and these are also non-refundable. Contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. Please ship items back within 30 days from the *delivery date.* We are not responsible for any wear and tear on the item however; we can do repairs for a fee. Please note that Lustrous Jewels is solid gold - meaning the highest quality - but that does not make them indestructible. Our pieces MUST be handled with the utmost care.


How To Return:


Send us a message for your return or exchange request. Pack your unworn, undamaged jewelry back into packaging; please ship it the way you got it! Include the invoice and a note for the return or the exchange. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. Once shipped, please send us the tracking number.

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed; after that 40% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items during the production.
