The IXY DIGITAL L is a further evolution of the concept of "a camera you can feel the pleasure of owning" pioneered by the IXY DIGITAL series.

The IXY DIGITAL L offers a new style of high quality and sophistication that differs from that of previous IXY DIGITAL cameras by focusing on design, materials, and functionality.

The body is made of a new material (aluminum magnesium alloy) that excels in brightness and strength, and the side covers are made of a specially molded stainless steel material. Each color has been given an optimal surface treatment.

The body is finished with a high quality finish that combines design and texture at a high level.

In terms of photographic functions, the camera is equipped with a 1/2.5-inch 4.0 megapixel CCD and a newly designed 39mm-equivalent (35mm film equivalent) high-resolution single-focal length lens to achieve uncompromisingly high image quality.

In addition, practical functions have been enhanced, such as a "Super Macro Shooting Mode" that allows the photographer to get as close as 3 cm to the subject and a "Quick Shooting Function" that prevents the photographer from missing the shutter release opportunity.
