Shipment Tracking
When you place an order at BGASC, you can track your order's progress from the time of creation until your products are delivered to your doorstep. By visiting the "Purchase History" section of your My eBay Account, you can follow your order's progress as we process your payment, prepare your package for shipping, and mail the package for delivery.
You will receive email notification as soon as your package ships, along with USPS or UPS tracking, allowing you to follow the package from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.

This means that in the extremely unlikely case your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that our insurance policies only extend to packages in transit - once the carrier obtains a signature or completes the delivery confirmation, our coverage ceases.
