Piece is well made; and in good condition; however, it is preowned, and there are chips to the enamel and a few rub marks around the edge where some dummy tested it for gold...marked 14k gold BB&B.

Piece is beautifully decorated in the form of a 1927 ANTIQUE 14K GOLD ENAMEL SOMERSET HOSPITAL TRAINING SCHOOL NURSING PIN.  Item is made of solid yellow gold and is wonderfully painted with vibrant shades: white and blue.  Item reads "SOMERSET HOSPITAL TRAINING SCHOOL".  The back is monogrammed "1927 Louise Humble".
