This is an original UK Region 2 Simply Media DVD release, catalogue number 134983.  The case is in good condition with no cracks or damage and the disc does fit tightly on the spindle.  The outer paper sleeve is in good condition with no rips, creases, pen marks or shelf edge wear.  The disc does play perfectly and is near mint, with just the odd light mark but this is minimal.
