This is a complete system: two Xeon 3.06GHz processors, 6x512MB ram (3GB), ATI Fire video card, SATA RAID card (FastTrak TX2200), and all the ribbon cables from the OEM case. Processor pins are straight and the heatsink fans work perfectly.
