Description

Sekka KAMISAKA - 1866-1942 World of Things
Sekka Kamisaka was born in Kyoto and worked as a designer of ornaments.
The artist made several woodblock albums,
"A Thousand Butterflies" in 1903, "World of Things" in 1909, "Poems and Pictures" in 1934 and "Collection of Humorous
Designs - Kokkei Zuan (e-hon album)" in 1903.

The prints are made from the original woodblocks

Using original woodblocks carved in the Meiji era
It will be a reprinted work.
This is a post-printed work by a first-class woodblock printer, in Kyoto.
