This is from the 1952 Watford Film Stars set that was issued in England by the Watford Biscuit Company .  The cards were inserted into packages of cookies, so they are hard to find in any condition and almost impossible to find in the United States.  Compared to sportscards from the same era,  the movie star cards issued in Europe are much more rare and have a lot of potential.  I think they could be a great investment.  See scan for centering and details.
