1. Introduction to actual operation experiment
 
1. Observe the hair steps:
1). Cut off a section of hair, about 5mm long.
2). Put the hair on the glass slide, use a dropper to drop a drop of water on the glass slide, and then use facial tissues to absorb the water so that the hair is stuck on the glass slide.
3). Put the glass slide under the microscope for observation.
 
2. Steps to observe onion epidermal cells:
1). Remove the outer dry skin of the onion, gently tear the inner tender skin, and take the thinnest film.
2). Observe on a glass slide, you can see cells and nuclei. (It is better to add a little purple potion)
 
3. Steps to observe human oral cavity cells:
1). Put a drop of salt water on the glass slide, and use a sterile toothpick to gently scrape the oral cavity wall a few times.
2). Smear the end of the toothpick with debris on the glass slide a few times.
3). Use tweezers to pick up a clean cover glass, touch one end of it to the water droplets on the glass slide first, and then gently cover the water droplets.
4). On one side of the cover glass, add a drop of diluted purple syrup (iodine is also acceptable), suck it from the other end with blotting paper, so that the dye solution infiltrates all of the specimen, and observe under a microscope.
 
4. Steps to observe insect wings, tentacles and feet:
1). Catch a small insect, such as: mosquito, ant, butterfly.
2). Drop a drop of water on the glass slide, use tweezers to take a small piece of insect's wing (tentacles, feet) and place it in the drop.
3). Remove the water with blotting paper, and the specimen will be stuck on the glass slide.
4). Observe under the microscope.
 
2. Precautions for use
 
After receiving the microscope, some buyers raised such questions-the microscope can't see clearly, 1200 times can't see or can't see clearly. In the attitude that the customer is God, we specially invited the optical experts of the manufacturer to answer your questions. :
 
1. Can't see clearly, two reasons:
1). First of all, it may be that the lens is not aligned with the specimen, because the specimen is small, so it is not easy to align. The solution is to keep the observation posture, keep your eyes away from the eyepiece, and gently move the slide with both hands until the specimen is in the middle of the lens.
2). The specimen cannot be seen clearly when it is in the middle of the lens. The normal reason is that the fine-tuning knob is turned too fast. It should be fine-tuned slowly until the adjustment is clear.
 
2.1200 times invisible or unclear, this is caused by two reasons:
1), Focusing problem. At 1200 times, focusing is very difficult, a few tenths of a millimeter. Please note that it is a few tenths of a millimeter that can cause a great change in definition, and it needs a very delicate technique to adjust it, which is indeed very difficult.
2), the light problem. It needs to be observed under good light, all the light holes are opened, and the light is sufficient, so that a clear observation effect can be obtained.
