Pictorial case, designed by Gilbert and George themselves, with built-in handles, so you can lug it around as luggage. Each volume with pictorial dustjacket. Volumes New, pristine, still in original shrinkwrap-hence the glare and flare in our photographs-with one small shrinkwrap tear at lower corner of the hefty set.

A note of explanation: The images in the "Urethra" volume are not detectably penile. They are urethral only insofar as they all show, structurally, a central single postcard housed within an outer frame made up of repeated duplications of the same postcard-so the layout is always that of a narrow something centered in a void encircled (or en-rectangled) by something else. Scholars pseudo and real describe this as a theosophical symbol for the urethra, but also for about a dozen other concepts. We suspect Gilbert and George simply knew the title would attract curious buyers into a gallery. It has worked.
