This book is in a very good condition. There seems to be an issue during printing and the blue line at the back of the book got smudged and it also leaked through the exterior spine on the side of the pages. Please see the photos. The photo of the cover does not have visible mark as the camera did not pick it up, but you can see where about the technical issue is.
