These shoes appear brand new and possibly never worn.  There is no visible wear inside or outside, the size info isn't even worn and they smell like new rubber.  There is no scuffing or wear on the soles, though as you can see in the pictures the toe of the sole may need some glue. Other than that the soles appear to be in pristine condition.

Based on the shape of the shoe these seem to be a beginner to intermediate shaped shoe.
