Shipping

  1. We recommend purchasing multiple items. With the purchase of multiple items, you can often save on shipping costs per item. *If you have any questions about combined shipping, please do not hesitate to ask.
  2. Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.
  3. Shipping fees are subject to change without notice due to reasons such as increases in carrier rates and/or fluctuations in exchange rates.
  4. Please expect shipping delays if shipping companies are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during summer and winter extended holidays.
  5. If your address is classified as a remote area by the freight (shipping) company's standards, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees.
  6. We use FedEx and Japan Post for shipping. Due to a significant price increase by Japan Post, we primarily use FedEx for expedited shipping. For economy shipping, we mainly utilize Japan Post's Small Packet Service. However, Small Packet Service generally does not provide tracking outside a few regions. (Instead, to prevent loss, we will ship via registered mail.) 
  7. For shipments of only printed materials, we use the economical Japan Post's Printed Matter Service. If the shipment includes items other than printed materials, a different shipping method will be used.

    *Dependin g on factors such as package size, weight, destination, and delivery time, we will use Japan Post's EMS instead of FedEx if it offers a more economical rate. 
    **Japan Post's Small Packet has size and weight restrictions: the total combined length of three sides must be under 90cm, and the weight limit is 2kg, including packaging materials. We ensure sturdy packaging. Therefore, for Small Packet, when bundling only LP records, about 3-4 is the maximum. As specifications may vary, please contact us for details.

About Importer's Obligation

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts"  -US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
