Конец XXI века. Технический прогресс постепенно меняет общество – разумеется, вместе с ним меняется и спорт. Известные нам виды спортивных состязаний ушли в прошлое, не в силах совладать с растущей популярностью механических и электронных имплантов. Им на смену пришло поистине грандиозное шоу, спонсорами которого выступили ведущие корпорации мира.
Идея Турнира заключалась в том, чтобы объединить фестиваль, соревнование и выставку вооружений. Каждая участвующая корпорация выбирает одного бойца – самого опытного и экипированного лучшим оружием и имплантами – и отправляет в Нео-Нагою: расположенный посреди океана город-призрак, что раз в два года приковывает внимание публики со всего мира. В отчаянной схватке решится, кто станет новым любимцем публики, и чья корпорация будет признана самой влиятельной!
Об игре
"Неон" – это настольная игра в жанре киберпанк, основанная на механике "королевской битвы". Во время игры поле будет постепенно уменьшаться, вынуждая оппонентов приближаться друг к другу, идти на риск и принимать ответственные решения прямо на ходу. Вы будете перемещаться по районам Нео-Нагои, собирать новые виды оружия и брони, планировать действия и перемещения.
Игра обладает разными режимами: от классического варианта "королевской битвы", известного по компьютерными играм, где для победы нужно оставаться в живых как можно дольше, до командного формата.
Как играть?
Действие игры разворачивается в городе-призраке Нео-Нагоя – и поле отражает разные районы этого города. При этом каждый сектор обладает уникальной особенностью – где-то вы сможете разжиться ресурсами, где-то – получить преимущества в перестрелке. Впрочем, стоит иметь в виду, что город наполнен опасными ботами, что могут осложнить бойцам жизнь.
Ваши бойцы начинают игру в десантном корабле, после чего по очереди высаживаются в локации города. Планировать действия следует уже с самого начала игры!
Раунд же делится на следующие фазы:
Выбор карт. На руке каждого игрока содержатся карты: на них изображены два действия. Необходимо выложить две карты таким образом, чтобы одна из них перекрывала другую: три видимые половины этих карт образуют ряд действий.
Действия игроков. Каждый игрок выполняет действия с выложенных им карт. Перемещайтесь по городу, ищите экипировку, обороняйтесь или нападайте на врагов – выбор тактики в ваших руках! Ко всему прочему, каждый персонаж обладает рядом особенностей, которые в полной мере раскроются в этой фазе хода.
Проверка условий окончания игры. Они зависят от выбранного режима.
Закрытие секторов. В конце каждого раунда один из секторов города будет уходить под воду – все ресурсы и боты, что находились на нём, исчезают, а персонажи игроков получают урон.
Стоять на месте ни в коем случае нельзя – станете лёгкой добычей! Перемещайтесь по Нео-Нагое, отбивайтесь от ботов, собирайте лучшую экипировку и сражайтесь с другими бойцами!
Кто победил?
Условия победы зависят от выбранного режима. Всего их три:
Возрождение. В этом формате у каждого игрока есть две попытки: потеряв последнее очко здоровья, он отправится обратно на десантный корабль, после чего вернётся в игру. Для победы нужно собирать трофеи, уничтожая ботов, нанося урон оппонентам и завоёвывая любовь публики.
Королевская битва. Классический формат, в котором для победы вам необходимо остаться последним выжившим!
Коалиция. Во многом этот формат похож на "Возрождение", но здесь бойцы делятся на 2 или 3 команды. Соответственно, побеждает не один игрок, а вся команда сразу.

Description
The end of the 21st century. Technological progress is gradually changing society - of course, sport is changing along with it. Sports as we know them have become a thing of the past, unable to cope with the growing popularity of mechanical and electronic implants. They were replaced by a truly grandiose show, sponsored by the world's leading corporations.
The idea of the Tournament was to combine a festival, a competition and an exhibition of weapons. Each participating corporation selects one fighter - the most experienced and equipped with the best weapons and implants - and sends it to Neo-Nagoya: a ghost town located in the middle of the ocean that attracts the attention of the public from all over the world every two years. In a desperate battle, it will be decided who will become the new favorite of the public, and whose corporation will be recognized as the most influential!
About the game
Neon is a cyberpunk board game based on battle royale mechanics. During the game, the field will gradually become smaller, forcing opponents to move closer to each other, take risks and make important decisions on the fly. You will navigate areas of Neo-Nagoya, collect new types of weapons and armor, plan actions and movements.
The game has different modes: from the classic “battle royale” version, known from computer games, where to win you need to stay alive as long as possible, to a team format.
How to play?
The game takes place in the ghost town of Neo-Nagoya - and the field reflects the different areas of this city. Moreover, each sector has a unique feature - somewhere you can get hold of resources, somewhere you can gain advantages in a shootout. However, it is worth keeping in mind that the city is filled with dangerous bots, which can make life difficult for the fighters.
Your fighters start the game in a landing ship, after which they take turns landing in city locations. You should plan your actions from the very beginning of the game!
The round is divided into the following phases:
Selection of cards. Each player's hand contains cards: they depict two actions. It is necessary to lay out two cards in such a way that one of them overlaps the other: the three visible halves of these cards form a series of actions.
Player actions. Each player performs actions from the cards he has laid out. Move around the city, look for equipment, defend yourself or attack enemies - the choice of tactics is in your hands! In addition, each character has a number of characteristics that will be fully revealed in this phase of the turn.
Checking game ending conditions. They depend on the selected mode.
Closing sectors. At the end of each round, one of the city’s sectors will go under water - all the resources and bots that were on it will disappear, and the player characters will receive damage.
Under no circumstances should you stand still - you will become easy prey! Navigate Neo-Nagoya, fight off bots, collect the best equipment and fight other fighters!
Who has won?
Victory conditions depend on the selected mode. There are three in total:
Revival. In this format, each player has two attempts: after losing the last point of health, they will be sent back to the landing ship, after which they will return to the game. To win, you need to collect trophies by destroying bots, damaging your opponents and winning the love of the public.
Royal battle. A classic format where you have to be the last one standing to win!
Coalition. In many ways, this format is similar to Rebirth, but here the fighters are divided into 2 or 3 teams. Accordingly, not one player wins, but the whole team at once.
It's time to become famous throughout the world. Prove that the corporation invested money in you for a reason!
