Based on the foil S. Anne De Beaupre, it might be a 1960s or 1970s souvenir tri-fold key and coin trifold wallet from Sainte Anne de Beaupre in Old Quebec!
Either way, it is in excellent, seemingly unused condition! The embossed fluer design is amazing and there are no impressions from keys! Holds multiple keys and has a coin slide!
