This listing is for a brand new (with tags) women's skirt from Old Navy.  It is a size XS.  This black and white checked skirt's measure from top to hem is 18"   The shell is 100% cotton, while it is completely lined with a black polyester lining. The front waistband is smooth, while the back is gathered over wide elastic; the front also sports some pleats.  So cute!!

Please note: My camera's lens is scratched and it makes some items (particularly dark colors) appear to have a faded spot.  This skirt/liner does NOT have a faded place.  :)
