Features:

1. Step count range is from 1 to 99,999 steps

2. For each distance walked the LCD display shows distance covered (mile or kilometer), amount of calories burned and step count 3. With three keys you can put in your step length and weight

4. The pedometer will auto turn off after being not in use for one minute but step count function keeps on working

Set up and measurement:

1. Press the reset key to clear all the memory before starting a new measurement

2. Press the 'mode' key to display mileage, kilometer, calories and step count in

sequence

3. How to enter your step length (stride length)

a) How to measure you step length: according to your normal step, walk 10 steps, the distance from the 1st step's heel to the 10th Step's heel is your step distance for 10 steps; measure this distance and divide this by 10 to get your average one step length (stride length)

b) Press 'mode' till you reach screen with step count (displayed by '0')

c) Press 'set': you see step length flashing (with 'L-sign' next to it)

d) Press 'mode' until you reach your own step length (step length range is from 30cm 'till 180cm and increases with 5cm each time you press 'mode')

e) Press 'set' to save your step length 4, How to enter your weight

a) Press 'mode' till you reach screen with step count (displayed by '0')

b) Press 'set' twice: you see weight flashing (with inverted 'L-sign' next to it)

c) Press 'mode' until you reach your own weight (weight range is from 10kg 'till 150kg and increases with 5kg each time you press 'mode')

d) Press 'set' to save your weight

Now your pedometer is ready to use for distance covered (mile and kilometer), amount of calories burned and step count.

Battery replacement:

This unit use DC 1.5V LR1130 or AG10 button cell.

Pry the cover by small screwdriver or othertool, then you can replace the battery, please make sure the polarity is correct.
