Disc is (Very Good +) and has some tiny, light, superifical marks. Barely noticeable unless under bright lighting. Overall in great condition, especially for its age. Multiple photos provided of disc, marks barely visible from some angles in the pictures.  Tested with no issues, plays through perfectly.

All inserts in great condition for their age, booklet just has very light wear to the top, nothing major, everything else excellent. Mail order page still attached.
