I have a vintage Butterick pattern # 4020 that features a camisole, shorts a bodysuit and a half-slip. the package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Semi-fitted high waisted camisole has V neckline, and purchased ribbon shoulder straps.
• Boxy shorts has elasticized waistline.
• Semi-fitted high waisted bodysuit has V neckline, purchased ribbon shoulder straps, cut away midriff.
• Half-slip four inches (10cm) below mid-knee and in ankle length has elasticized waistline and side hemline slits.
• All have purchased lace trim.

This is a misses' size 10 (32 1/2" bust, 25" waist and 34 1/2" hip).  This is an out of production, uncut pattern - the package is showing some wear. It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S. Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
