You must contact us to request a return authorization or RA#. We do not accept back returns without an RA number. We will try to correct your order in a reasonable amount of processing time. If it is determined that there is an error due to a listing, product description, or cross-reference error on our part, we will reimburse shipping fees for the return and ship a replacement part at our expense.
