Items are dispatched on working days (Monday-Friday)
only. We aim to deliver parcels next day

weekend/bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
The carrier may require a signature in order to
successfully deliver your order unless authorisation has been given to leave
your parcel in a safe place.

An additional charge maybe incurred for postcodes in the

Returns
We offer a 30 day return period from the day of receipt.
You need to inform us before returning. The buyer is liable for any transport
costs incurred to return the item.
Damaged Goods
Please inform us
within 3 working days of receiving your item if your goods have arrived damaged.

be aware that we cannot accept damaged claims after 3 working days of receipt
of the order. We accept claims if a
processing error has occurred on our end or if there is a manufacturing fault
with the item. We do not accept claims for any other reasons.
