This is a beautiful dish from the Pouyat Factory in the town of Limoges in France.  It's made of white porcelain and is  6 1/4" in diameter. Check out the lovely tribute on the back "To Mama from Camilla". The gold rim highlights the internal design. It is signed with initials.
