Heavy (over 4 lbs) carbon steel TAWA. Used and seasoned. Concentric circles used for dimensional preparations (flour tortillas and Pitas of same size, etc).  I chose not to deep clean it just for appearance sake, so that's up to you if you desire. Hand-hammered as visible in picture.  THICK METAL on handle and Tawa disc. I know breads can be baked on it, but I won't declare temperature limitations of wood handle. I DOUBT IT'S CAPABLE WITH INDUCTION since that technology depends on the actual contract surface, and with this being concaved, might not be efficient. Ideal use is with Gas
