.Here are some important instructions to follow when burning our candles: Burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. On first burn, keep lit for at least two hours or until full melt pool is obtained. Trim the candlewick and remove any charring or debris on wick or in wax pool prior to any and all uses. Always keep candle away from children, pets, drafts and flammable items. Cease burning when wax reaches 1/2" from the bottom of the vessel. NEVER burn unattended. If flame is burning high and hot creating sooth and smoke, blow out candle, trim wick and relight upon wax hardening. Refrain from moving candles while lit.
