I have a vintage Butterick pattern # 4376 that features a an 'After 5' or evening jacket and a dress.  Designed by Nicole Miller, the package contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Fitted, partially lined above waist jacket has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, slightly forward shoulder seams and long, contrast sleeves.  
• Close-fitting, straight, lined dress, below mid-knee or evening length, has bias binding, contrast yokes and back zipper and hemline slit.  A: armhole binding.  B: Contrast long sleeves with contrast binding at lower edge.

It is a misses' sizes 12, 14 and 16.  This is an out of production, uncut pattern.  It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S.  Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
