a vintage press photograph showing crew practicing for a rowing regatta with the HMS Hood - the world's largest warship at the time - prominent in the background. London News Agency and Underwood and Underwood press stamps on the back and dated 1933. Great image!

Measures approximately 6 1/2" by 8 1/2".
Condition: This photo is in good condition overall with some light corner and surface wear. Caption sheet glued to the back has some wrinkling and staining from the adhesive used. Pencil notations on the back.
