We accept payment via Paypal only. All payments must be made in advance before your item can be dispatched.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return period from the day of receipt. You need to inform us before returning. The buyer is liable for any transport costs incurred to return the item.

Damaged Goods

Please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your item if your goods have arrived damaged. Please be aware that we cannot accept damaged claims after 3 working days of receipt of the order. We accept claims if a processing error has occurred on our end or if there is a manufacturing fault with the item. We do not accept claims for any other reasons.
